Each month, we create 12 new, inspired cookie flavors. You will receive all 12 of these latest flavors through our subscription cookie box, delivered to your doorstep. These unique combinations are sometimes never on the menu again, so signing up for a cookie box means indulging in all the doughy goodness while it’s still here.

How Cookie Subscription Boxes Work:
You don’t need to pick flavors for your monthly cookie subscription boxes. We automatically put all 12 flavors of the month in your box.
Packs are premade and pre-sealed. No substitutions are possible.
Orders are billed on the 21st of the month. New subscription sign ups placed on or before the 20th of the month will receive the current month's flavors.
Our cookies freeze well. Many subscribers freeze a portion of their cookie box to have them available for any occasion throughout the month. If you are fully loaded and want to pause your subscription for the month, you can do so.
FAQS
Yes. If you email support@pdxcookieco.com to change the shipping address/name, we can also include a gift note. No particular notice is needed PRIOR to the planned billing date which is the 21st of each month.
You can cancel in your Shopify account, or email us at support@pdxcookieco.com to pause or cancel.
Yes! The subscription box is the only item on our website that includes free shipping so this option is a sweet deal if you plan to order on a regular basis.
Yes, just select Local Pickup at checkout and we will have your box waiting for you at our Portland, Oregon location.
ONLY if you tried to cancel a subscription box before the 21st of the month but still got billed for some reason. Otherwise no refunds are available.
Your subscription box will always ship before the new menu is released on the 1st of every month, ideally by the 22nd or 23rd. But if it is a busier time, then it may be closer to the end of the month before we can get your box ready and shipped.
