Our signature "BYO COOKIE" is a fan favorite and helped jumpstart PDX Cookie Co. as a business in August 2018. Custom cookies are available for pick-up from our storefront or for nationwide shipping.
Your order of custom cookies includes a minimum of 10 cookies per flavor ordered. Pricing starts at $40 per flavor.
Why Build Your Own Cookies
At PDX Cookie Co., we know what it’s like to be THAT person who finds themselves at a place like The Cheesecake Factory torn between multiple flavors, none quite hitting the spot. Wanting the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor without the walnuts, the carrot cake without the coconut...so we decided to create a place where you can design your cookie EXACTLY to your liking, and we make it fresh to order!
Custom cookies are perfect for those who know what they want but don’t want to make it themselves and for those who want to go beyond simple snacking and into EPIC-level indulgence.
There’s nothing against the classics. We love warm chocolate chip cookies, too. Or an oatmeal cookie with the perfect amount of raisins. We just prefer to mix cookies into our cookie dough, stuff them with dough, top them with other cookies, and, well…you get the idea.

Each custom batch contains 10 of the custom flavor ordered.
We do not currently offer custom MEGA MONSTERS unless they are in large (at least 3) quantities. Email support@pdxcookieco.com for more details.
At PDX Cookie Co., we are happy to fit as much as the dough will hold! If there are too many toppings, the base becomes crumbly and has trouble sticking together. That said, we are happy to figure out how to get everything you want on your custom cookies while still keeping them beautiful!
Additional charges for your custom made cookies come from extra labor and/or above average expenses for mix-ins. Things like multiple fillings, multiple drizzles or dipped, stuffed with cookie dough, or an expensive mix-in (nuts, baklava, cake pops, etc.) can add to those costs. Additional charges will be discussed before an invoice is sent.
When you order custom cookies, we recommend ordering two weeks before you need them to give us time to shop for specialty ingredients, make it during a busy season, and ship it! Ideally, we suggest you order them early and store them in the freezer. Our cookies keep really well in the freezer!
When you order custom cookies, a minimum of 30 cookies makes you eligible for our wholesale pricing. The price depends on the flavors, size, and toppings you choose. Email support@pdxcookieco.com for more information.

In order to maximize your cookie/box ratio, here are how many cookies you can fit in a box while staying within a certain shipping fee:
- 2-8 cookies - $12 (for shipping)
- 9-12 cookies - $15 (for shipping)
- 13-16 cookies - $20 (for shipping)
- 17+ cookies - $25+ (for shipping)
