Refund policy

Please be aware that refunds are only issued via store credit.  We also provide the option to reship any items that are missing or incorrect in your order.  If something isn't right with your order, email us at support@pdxcookieco.com.

Also, keep in mind that once an order leaves our facility and is scanned into the Post Office system, it's out of our hands and is now the responsibility of USPS.  Once an order is scanned in and you receive a tracking number, any and all questions or concerns should be directed to USPS.  In our experience, USPS has a straightforward insurance claim system if your order doesn't arrive/arrives in a less than ideal state.
