Every cookie from PDX Cookie Co is handmade and packed in our kitchen. We ship quickly, sharing the joy of cookies nationwide in 1 to 2 days. There is a flavor for everyone: always something with peanut butter, always something with cheesecake, always something fruity, always something chocolatey. Everything is always sweet & delicious. 
PDX Cookie Co cookies are big enough to share and can be stored in the freezer for over a year, allowing you to stock up as our monthly flavors rotate. We love to “dough the line” with our raunchy names and always have something quirky in the bakery if you are local.

Baking Dreams Come True
We are a small, woman-owned cookie company in Portland, Oregon. 
PDX Cookie Co began in 2018 by baking cookies for a local bodybuilding show. Then, we expanded to selling our cookies on Instagram and adding the ability to order cookies online. In March 2020, we opened our storefront, offering the best cookies in Portland and beyond.
With more than two dozen flavors on our menu at any given time, some are year-round favorites, such as Chocky Chip, Gluten Free Peanut Butter, and our GOAT flavors. 
Every month, we add 12 new flavors, some making more than one appearance if they are fan favorites! We even offer a subscription cookie box to ensure you get all the new flavors each month.
Occasionally, we offer limited-edition drops of our iconic Mega Monster Cookie, which weighs over 1.5 pounds, dessert bars, Mini Monsters, edible cookie dough, cookie ice cream sundaes, brownies, dog treats, and other goodies.

About Our Cookie Chief Officer
Owner Eva Smith used to compete as a bodybuilder and wanted to make post-show sweet treats for competitors. From experience, she knew the feeling of stepping off stage to a less-than-stellar snack and set out to make it better for others. From there, her cookie company began to evolve.
Eva loves playing with nostalgic flavors like Little Debbie products or classic Blizzard-inspired flavors. As a kid, she dreamed up Pop-Tart or ice cream flavors that she wished existed, and she enjoyed walking down grocery store aisles, looking at different flavors while letting her imagination flow.
As an adult, the inspired cookie that started it all was made with Fruity Pebbles. After that, her creativity continued, as did the combinations she came up with. She loves her cookies to replicate the feeling of eating edible cookie dough out of the tub. 
Starting the business at age 20, Eva and her cookie company have grown together. Between the pandemic and Instagram bans, which largely affected sales, PDX Cookie Co was close to shutting down several times. We are grateful to remain open and bake a comeback. 
Next, Eva hopes to see PDX Cookie Co creations in grocery stores, bringing her past and present dreams full circle.

In order to maximize your cookie/box ratio, here are how many cookies you can fit in a box while staying within a certain shipping fee:

  • 2-8 cookies - $12 (for shipping)
  • 9-12 cookies - $15 (for shipping)
  • 13-16 cookies - $20 (for shipping)
  • 17+ cookies - $25+ (for shipping)
