At PDX Cookie Co, we have some of the best cookies in Portland! Our basic chocolate chip cookie and gluten-free peanut butter cookie are ALWAYS available and a good option. We also have our G.O.A.T pack (greatest of all time) with our 6 most popular flavors ever as a bundle. The G.O.A.T. pack has been around since July 2019 and will not be going anywhere!

PDX Cookie Co cookies have a shelf life of 10-14 days at room temp, a month in the fridge, or 3+ months in the freezer! We always recommend freezing them to keep the taste and texture fresher. To thaw, leave them at room temperature for a few hours, or pop them in the oven, microwave, or air fryer! Time and temperature depend on your individual unit and the temperature of the cookie, so start low and keep an eye on it until it's how you like it. If you're feeling adventurous, try them cold!

We have one gluten-free cookie—our Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookie! Our gluten-free peanut butter base is the only gluten-free base we offer when you order custom cookies. We also exclusively sell a vegan cookie at our Portland, Oregon storefront.

Our G.O.A.T cookies weigh between 4 and 6oz, and all of our other cookies typically range between 5 and 8 oz. At PDX Cookie Co, every cookie is rolled by hand and has different mix-ins, so it’s difficult to give an exact weight, but they’ll definitely keep you and your family full and happy. Our MEGA Monsters weigh at least 20 oz, upwards of 2 lbs, depending on the flavor!

All PDX Cookie Co products come baked and ready to eat out of the package. We strive for cookies with a dough-like texture and bake them just long enough to be safe to consume while still tasting like the dough you used to eat out of a container. You can choose to warm them in the microwave for 15 seconds or the oven/air fryer for a few minutes for a warm and gooey treat.

PDX Cookie Co has 12 new flavors every month! Some will be available only once, and some may return as fan favorites from previous menus. Monthly flavors are available both online and at our Portland, Oregon storefront for the entire month. And, if you sign up for our monthly cookie subscription boxes, you will get all 12 flavors sent to you each month.

We do our best to have the best flavors so there is something for everyone at PDX Cookie Co! You can always order custom cookies if you don’t see a flavor you want. You can pick everything from the dough to the filling and toppings. You can even build your own cookie cake!

If you really don't want to choose and are feeling adventurous, we have seasonal pick items available! These are discounted items because we choose what they are based on what we have at the time. You won’t know what will be in your mystery cookie box, but it will be delicious.

Yes, but we no longer offer our edible cookie dough for shipping. We only offer it in scoops at our Portland, Oregon storefront.

When you order cookies online, we aim to ship out orders within 1-2 business days. Orders may be delayed if placed during a busier time (holidays, sales, etc.) so please plan accordingly as all of our products can be stored frozen. We ship via USPS 2-3 day priority mail. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, PDX Cookie Co ships all over the country. Standard shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive shipping deals.

Once the order has shipped, PDX Cookie Co has no control over USPS or what happens to the package. We have no responsibility for or influence on products melting or drying out due to heat or shipping delays or how USPS handles the packages. If your package is damaged, opened, or lost, please contact your local post office and file a claim with the USPS. All PDX Cookie Co packages are insured to the total value of the contents, and we've found USPS to be very simple to work with when filing an insurance claim and getting paid.

When you buy cookies online, WE HAVE A 2 COOKIE MINIMUM FOR SHIPPING ORDERS! With the price of our packaging, it is not cost-effective to ship single cookie orders. Single cookies can be placed for local pick-up because there is no shipping. Any online orders placed with less than 2 cookies will be canceled.

We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow cancellations. Once you order cookies online and your order has been processed in the system, it can not be undone. You cannot switch out the products once you place an order; clicking submit finalizes the order. Please be sure of your order before checking out.

Absolutely not! If you want to order cookies online, select the "Pick Up" option at checkout. Wait for the notification that your order is ready for pick up (it should be within 24 hours), and grab it from the mini fridge in our Portland, Oregon storefront between 4 pm and 10 pm. If you want to pick up an order earlier than 4 pm, email support@pdxcookieco.com to set up a pickup time.

When you buy cookies online, your order will usually ship the same or the next business day. You will receive an email once the label has been printed, and it will update with an estimated delivery date once USPS scans it. It could take up to 3-6 business days if we are backed up or delayed for some reason, so if you are ordering for an event - order early and freeze them! We use USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping, but they sometimes have delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Most delays resolve themselves in a day or two.
