I placed my order on X date, when will I get them?
Fastest shipping in the game! Most often, your order will ship the same or next business day. It could take up to 3-6 business days if we are backed up or delayed for some reason so if you are ordering for an event - order early and freeze them! We use USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping, but they sometimes have delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Most delays resolve themselves in a day or two, if they do not we ask that you contact USPS rather than us. We are the bakers and packers, not the shipping service or magicians! You will receive an email once the label has been printed - and it will update with an estimated delivery date once USPS has scanned it in.
I live locally - do I have to pay for shipping?
Absolutely not! For in person pickups - place an order online as normal and leave a note that you want to come pick it up. Yes - you will be asked to pay for shipping - that is only so that we can keep our total inventory count accurate and prevent people who need their orders to be shipped from selecting a "pick up "option and not paying for it. IT WILL BE REFUNDED IMMATELY! YOU WILL NOT ACTUALLY BE CHARGED FOR THE SHIPPING! If you forgot to leave it in the notes section (or aren't sure if you did it correctly) - email us the order number and we'll get it added manually.
Once you receive a notification that the shipping has been refunded, it is ready to pick up

The online menu is almost entirely different than what we have in shop so if you see something online you know you want - or stop by the shop to get some fun even crazier treats!

How should I store these? What is the shelf life? I can't possibly eat these all within the week!
Our cookies have a shelf life of 10-14 days at room temp, a month in the fridge, or 3+ months in the freezer! I always recommend freezing them - it'll keep the taste and texture the freshest. In the bag it comes in or a Ziploc is just fine, To thaw, leave at room temp for a few hours or pop it in the oven, microwave, or air fryer! Time and temp depends on your individual unit and the temp of the cookie so start low and keep an eye until it's how you like it. If you're feeling adventurous, try them cold!
Do you offer gluten free/vegan/healthy cookies?
We have a few gluten free cookies and bars that appear from time to time! The only GF Base we have as an option for Custom Orders is our Gluten Free PB Base. We do not and will not offer vegan or "healthy" products. If you're gonna eat a cookie, eat a damn cookie! Go hard or go home right?
How much do the cookies weigh?
Our G.O.A.T cookies weigh between 4-6oz. Our weekly drop flavors typically range between 5-8oz. Every cookie is rolled by hand and has different mix ins so it's difficult to give an exact but weight but they'll definitely keep you and your family full and happy. Our MEGAS weigh a minimum of 20oz, upwards of 2lbs depending on the flavor!
What if something happens in shipment? How do I get a refund?
Once the order has shipped, we have no control over USPS or what happens to the package. we are not held accountable for products melting or drying out due to heat/shipping delays or for how USPS handles the packages. If your package is damaged, opened, or lost please contact your local post office and file a claim with the insured package. The package is insured and the buyer files the claim, not us. We are a very small business and due to financial reasons we cannot take responsibility for what happens in transit once it's out of our hands. We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding if the package gets sent back due to an incorrect address. If that happens, you would need to contact and file a claim directly with USPS, as well if the package is delayed longer than priority shipping. We cannot file it or do anything from our end.
We do not ship with dry ice. As the temperature gets warmer, there's nothing to prevent the toppings from softening. The cookies are temperature stable, they may melt if left in a hot truck in which case you can throw them in the fridge for an hour to bring them back to texture. We cannot control the temperature in which USPS ships - please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure its not left on a door step for hours. We will not refund or reship due to transit problems.

****We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Once the order has been processed in the system it can not be undone. Please be sure of your order before clicking check out! Once you place an order you cannot switch out the products, clicking submit finalizes the order.
What makes your cookie dough edible and safe to eat?
We use heat treated flour and no eggs in our cookie dough so it's perfectly safe to eat without risk!
How should I store the dough?
Our cookie dough should be refrigerated upon arrival. If you don't intend on eating within a month, we recommend freezing the dough. It can be stored in the freezer for 3 months, though freezing can cause the container to cracker.
Can I bake the cookie dough?
Nope! Our cookie dough is missing key ingredients needed to bake it, which is what makes it edible. This is only for eating, but don't forget we do sell cookies as well!
Why is shipping $17 for one cookie?
Our shipping cost is by bracket - the most we can ship for the cheapest price. All shipping is 2-3 day priority mail, shipping cost for 1-6 cookies is $12, 7-12 is $15, 13-24 is $20, 25+ cookies is $25. So you can get one for $17, 4 for $31, or 6 for $42!
Is there a bulk order discount?
Similar to the previous packs, if you buy a dozen the 12th one is free.
I want this flavor from your IG but I don't see it?
Our products & flavors are ALWAYS rotating! Every Sunday we post our main menu for the week on our IG. This includes the 2 monthly flavors + the 10 weekly flavors that are guarenteed! Then on Thursday morning we announce everything else that will be dropping (added flavors, MEGAS, bars, dough, etc!) on our story! Launch goes live at 6pm and it ships the next day! If you see something you want, grab it now and freeze! We can't ever guarentee a product will come back, but you are more than welcome to suggest something that you saw and want to return!
Why doesn't my discount code work?
Shopify does not allow code stacking (using one on top of another) so unfortunately if there is already a discount applied, another one will not work. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT ADD A DISCOUNT CODE AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED!
Shopify gives us no option to add the code after. You MUST click apply before submitting the order. In the past we have just refunded the amount that would have been taken off. However, since all of the codes have a one time usage limit, multiple people began using that as a way to receive multiple discounts so we no longer offer the option.
