Boston Cream Pie

We took the classic Boston cream donut and gave it a cookie spin. This cookie is a butter cookie with chocolate chips, yellow cake pieces, and chocolate frosted doughnut chunks stuffed with Boston cream & topped with a chocolate drizzle!🍪🍩
